Abstract submission is open

Participants who would like to present a oral/video/poster presentation should submit an abstract for consideration by the Scientific Committee. The abstracts should be submitted in English no later than 30th September 2015. The Scientific Committee will determine whether the abstract will be accepted for presentation.

The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission to the Secretariat, and of all communications thereafter.

There is no limit to the number of abstracts an investigator may submit.

Submission of Abstracts

Only abstracts submitted via the email : abstract@ossicon2015.com will be sent to the Scientific Committee for review.

Please follow the instructions on the website step-by-step. Please do not submit multiple copies of the same abstract.

Preparation of Presentations

Instructions for preparation of posters will be sent together with acceptance notifications. The Congress program includes dedicated poster viewing time.

Rules for Submission

The first author or a co-author is expected to attend the Congress and present the poster.

All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English with accurate grammar and spelling of a quality suitable for publication.

Confirmation of acceptance by the scientific committee will be communicated by 02th October through email/phone. Only accepted Presenter will be allowed to register at Early registration rate by 04th October. 2015.

Guidelines for Submission

Abstract layout – Abstracts must be submitted with the following sections:

  • Introduction
  • Methods
  • Results
  • Conclusion

Tables, Graphs and Images

The submitter is allowed to upload one table, one image or one graph only. A table of maximum of up to 10 rows x 10 columns can be included per abstract. You may upload graphs in JPG, GIF or PNG format.


The Organizing Committee has an obligation to request specific disclosures from abstract authors/submitters. Please be sure to complete this section of the online form before submitting an abstract.

  • *I agree/do not agree(please strike off one) to be considered for inclusion in poster category, if not included in oral category by scientific committee.
  • (Each word should start with a capital letter, Text requirements (Times Roman 12-font): bold, left aligned up to 20 words in length)
  • ( Text requirements (Times Roman 12-font): Left aligned, single line spacing , Abstracts should be: Maximum of 300 words in length, Structured with the following four headings: Introduction, Methods, Results and Conclusions )
